Computer Will Not Turn On
This happens at least once a week, where a person will call and say that the computer will not turn on. They will say that they are hitting the power button, but all that comes up is “Signal not found,” and that someone has to come out and fix the computer immediately. I take a breath and then direct them to push the correct “power” button on the computer itself. Thankfully, they have a dot on them (Levono models) which makes it a little easier.
